Charming Stay with Good Touches
non-slip surface efficient design handy location garden view
The bathroom had a non-slip surface in the shower. The room had efficient compact design while still feeling roomy enough. I liked the location that was very handy to many sights. The room faced the courtyard side with a garden view so it was quiet.
I found the shampoo to be a super small size and they did not refill anything.

bland breakfast slow housekeeping
the location was acceptable being close to sao bento train station and attractions
the breakfast was bland i go to several hotels each month and this ranked as the poorest breakfast this year housekeeping was slow rooms might only be 'turned' around 6pm fresh towels and toilet paper were slow to arrive too

attentive staff convenient location good atmosphere
the staff seemed attentive. i found the location convenient as it was close to attractions. the hotel generally had a good atmosphere and I was grateful for a very comfy and tidy stay.

the hotel is near Sao Bento train station. it is also close to various attractions and restaurants. it is quite manageable to walk around from the hotel to see many things.

the room was clean. the hotel is near transportation. the hotel has easy access to shopping.
The hotel had stairs to enter. There was no one to help with luggage.

scratched door cold shower
The location was acceptable. Many shops and restaurants were nearby.
The room seemed old and not well kept. The shower door looked scratched and broken, and the hot water wasn't working during the evening. I had to take a cold shower. How good.
